    I am forever trying chili recipes because I have never been happy with any I have tried until now! This chili was worth the effort. I did it just as printed, except for one small change.         So, you're saying you buy the thighs and grind them yourself, I take it. But I don't have a grinder, so I will just have to stick to whatever part of the turkey is used in the ground turkey I find at the grocery store.
