All daily challenges are solvable. They all come from a pool of Winning Deals and have game numbers associated with them.Some are easy, some are difficult so keep trying to solve it.
If you are stuck, you can press the Daily Challenge option in the Play Menu, then tap the graph icon (top right icon) which will take you to the leaderboard option of the daily prompt. This will then have an option for you to select "Show Me How to Win", which will play the game for you.
If it moves too fast, you can change the speed or move the cards manually by tapping the Pause button then using the Pause button to move the cards manually.
