Is Innago actually free? ›

Innago is completely free for landlords and property owners to use. So, there's no Innago pricing to check.

Is TurboTenant a Scam? TurboTenant is not a scam. They provide a free property management software to landlords and property owners. Because the service is free to landlords, the rental applicants pay for the application and background checks.

I looked into Turbotenant which is "free" as the fees are passed onto the Tenants. ($2 for ach and 3.2% for Debit / Credit). The 3.2 is a bit high so tenants won't be happy about that.
