Related to Amount on deposit
Sums on deposit means the balance payable on a multiple-party account including interest, dividends, and in addition any deposit life insurance proceeds added to the account by reason of the death of a party.
Bid Deposit means a financial guarantee to ensure the successful bidder will enter into an agreement.
Cash Deposit means a cash security deposit in U.S. dollars held by AT&T-21STATE.
Xxxxxxx Money Deposit shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).
Reserve Account Deposit Cash or Eligible Investments having a value of at least $2,802,496.17.

Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, an amount equal to the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation for the related Distribution Date; provided, however, that for purposes of determining the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount on any day on which the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation cannot be determined because the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Accrual Period has not yet occurred, the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount shall be the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation determined based on a pro forma calculation made on the assumption that LIBOR will be LIBOR for the applicable period determined on the first day of such calendar month, multiplied by 1.25.
Required Daily Deposit Target Principal Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, (i) if such Due Period is in [the Accumulation Period for the Class A( - ) Notes, the Accumulation Amount], (ii) if such day is on or after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Class A( - ) Adverse Event, the Nominal Liquidation Amount of the Class A( - ) Notes, and (iii) in all other circ*mstances, zero.
Principal Amount Outstanding means, in respect of a Covered Bond on any day the principal amount of that Covered Bond on the relevant Issue Date thereof less principal amounts received by the relevant Covered Bondholder in respect thereof on or prior to that day.

Participation Amount as defined in Section 3.4(b).
Initial Reserve Account Deposit means $3,000,000.
Auction Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.
