We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfillment processes!
Join our team as an Amazon Fulfillment Specialist and become the maestro behind delivering exceptional customer experiences on the Amazon platform.
You'll be at the heart of our operations, managing and executing the end-to-end process of fulfilling customer orders with precision and care. Your responsibilities will include inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory costs.

In this role, you will:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts on Amazon's platform
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective product shipments
- Oversee the packaging and labeling of products for shipment to Amazon fulfillment centers
- Monitor and update shipment tracking information for customer orders
- Resolve any fulfillment-related issues such as damaged products, incorrect shipments, or delivery delays
- Optimize fulfillment processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address order-related inquiries and issues
- Analyze fulfillment data and generate reports on key performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with Amazon's fulfillment and shipping standards
- Implement best practices for inventory storage, picking, packing, and shipping within Amazon's fulfillment network
- Manage the returns and reverse logistics process for products on Amazon
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory and shipment records
- Provide input and support for the development of Amazon store promotions and campaigns
- Stay updated on Amazon's fulfillment policies, procedures, and technology updates
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation in the fulfillment workflow

Essential skills and qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Amazon fulfillment operations
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and related fulfillment tools
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles
- Familiarity with Amazon's fulfillment policies, procedures, and performance metrics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, e-commerce environment
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Proven track record of managing inventory and fulfillment processes with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented approach with a focus on delivering a seamless and positive customer experience
- Knowledge of and experience with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) is a plus
