If you are an Allianz Care member, you will file your claims through MyHealth Digital Services. This is the digital portal for all Allianz Care members. File a claim by clicking the "Submit a Claim" button and following the instructions. You will need to provide an invoice from the medical provider for the amount you paid in order to be reimbursed for your costs. You will also need to include your diagnosis in order to be reimbursed in a speedy manner. It pays to file your claim quickly, as Allianz will only pay if you file by their deadline. Make sure to retain a copy of all your documents, because Allianz may request supporting documentation as part of their auditing process up to 12 months after your claim has been filed.
If you have an Allianz travel insurance plan purchased in the USA, you can file through the Allianz online portal. (For travel insurance plans purchased in other countries, see your documentation for a link to the online portal for your region.) For a medical claim, you will need copies of all medical bills as well as copies of any accident reports. For a trip cancellation claim, you will need your trip itinerary, proof of payment, penalty or refund information, proof of incident (such as a police report or death certificate) or a letter from your employer if they are requiring you to work.
