1. Standard online $0 commission does not apply to over-the-counter (OTC) equities, transaction-fee mutual funds, futures, fixed-income investments, or trades placed directly on a foreign exchange or in the Canadian market. Options trades will be subject to the standard $0.65 per-contract fee. Service charges apply for trades placed through a broker ($25) or by automated phone ($5). Exchange process, ADR, and Stock Borrow fees still apply. See the Charles Schwab Pricing Guide for Individual Investors for full fee and commission schedules.

2. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, at your request, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. ("Schwab"), Charles Schwab Bank, SSB ("Schwab Bank"), or Charles Schwab Futures and Forex LLC, as applicable, will refund any eligible fee or commission related to your concern. Refund requests must be received within 90 days of the date the fee was charged. Schwab reserves the right to change or terminate the guarantee at any time. This guarantee does not cover or limit any market or trading losses. Go to schwab.com/satisfaction to learn what's included and how it works.

3. Real-time quotes are not available to professional investors.

4. The Schwab Bank Investor Checking account is available only as a linked account with a Schwab One® brokerage account. The Schwab One brokerage account has no minimum balance requirements, no minimum balance charges, no minimum trade requirements, and there is no requirement to fund this account when opened with a linked Investor Checking account. To learn more about other Schwab Bank checking accounts, please contact Schwab Bank at 888-403-9000.

5. Unlimited ATM surcharge rebates apply to cash withdrawals using the Schwab Bank Visa® Platinum Debit Card wherever it is accepted. ATM surcharge rebates do not apply to any fees other than surcharges assessed for using an ATM to withdraw cash in local currency from your Schwab Bank account. Schwab Bank makes its best effort to identify those ATM surcharges eligible for rebate, based on information it receives from Visa and ATM operators. In the event that you have not received a rebate for an eligible surcharge, please call a Schwab Bank Client Service Specialist for assistance at 1‐888‐403‐9000 (or for clients of independent investment advisors, a Schwab Alliance Service team Member at 1-800-515-2157). Schwab Bank reserves the right to modify or discontinue the ATM surcharge rebate at any time.

6. Funds deposited at Charles Schwab Bank, SSB, are insured, in aggregate, up to $250,000, based on account ownership type, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

7. Please read the Schwab Intelligent Portfolios® disclosure brochures for important information, pricing, and disclosures relating to Schwab Intelligent Portfolios®.

Schwab Intelligent Portfolios® and Schwab Intelligent Portfolios Premium® are made available through Charles Schwab & Co. Inc. ("Schwab"), a dually registered investment advisor and broker dealer. Portfolio management services are provided by Charles Schwab Investment Management, Inc. ("CSIM"). Schwab and CSIM are subsidiaries of The Charles Schwab Corporation.

There is no advisory fee or commissions charged for Schwab Intelligent Portfolios. For Schwab Intelligent Portfolios Premium, there is an initial planning fee of $300 upon enrollment and a $30-per-month advisory fee charged on a quarterly basis as detailed in the Schwab Intelligent Portfolios Solutions™ disclosure brochures. Investors in Schwab Intelligent Portfolios and Schwab Intelligent Portfolios Premium (collectively, "Schwab Intelligent Portfolios Solutions") do pay direct and indirect costs. These include ETF operating expenses which are the management and other fees the underlying ETFs charge all shareholders. Schwab does not charge an advisory fee for the SIP Program in part because of the revenue Schwab Bank generates from the cash allocation (an indirect cost of the Program). The portfolios include a cash allocation to FDIC‐insured Deposit Accounts at Charles Schwab Bank, SSB ("Schwab Bank"). Schwab Bank earns income on the deposits, and earns more the larger the cash allocation. The lower the interest rate Schwab Bank pays on the cash, the lower the yield. Some cash alternatives outside of Schwab Intelligent Portfolios Solutions pay a higher yield. Schwab Intelligent Portfolios Solutions invests in Schwab ETFs. A Schwab affiliate, Charles Schwab Investment Management Inc., receives management fees on those ETFs. Schwab Intelligent Portfolios Solutions also invests in third-party ETFs. Schwab receives compensation from some of those ETFs for providing shareholder services, and also from market centers where ETF trade orders are routed for execution. Fees and expenses will lower performance, and investors should consider all program requirements and costs before investing. Expenses and their impact on performance, conflicts of interest, and compensation that Schwab and its affiliates receive are detailed in the Schwab Intelligent Portfolios Solutions disclosure brochures.

The cash allocation in Schwab Intelligent Portfolios Solutions will be accomplished through enrollment in the Schwab Intelligent Portfolios® Sweep Program (Sweep Program), a program sponsored by Charles Schwab & Co, Inc. By enrolling in Schwab Intelligent Portfolios Solutions, clients consent to having the free credit balances in their Schwab Intelligent Portfolios Solutions brokerage accounts swept to FDIC-insured Deposit Accounts at Charles Schwab Bank, SSB through the Sweep Program. Funds deposited at Charles Schwab Bank are insured, in aggregate, up to $250,000 per depositor, for each account ownership category, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Charles Schwab Bank, SSB is affiliated with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and Charles Schwab Investment Management, Inc.

Schwab Intelligent Portfolios® and Schwab Intelligent Portfolios Premium® are designed to monitor portfolios on a daily basis and will also automatically rebalance as needed to keep the portfolio consistent with the client's selected risk profile. Trading may not take place daily.

8. Before investing, consider whether your or your designated beneficiary's home state offers any state tax or other benefits only available in only such state's own qualified tuition program.

9. A donor's ability to claim itemized deductions is subject to a variety of limitations depending on the donor's specific tax situation.

11. For Home Lending: Home equity lines have a 10‐year draw period followed by a 20‐year repayment period. During the draw period, monthly payments of accrued interest are required. Payments will increase if rates increase. At the end of the draw period, your required monthly payments will increase because you will be paying both principal and interest.

Rates vary for second homes, vacation homes, or HELOCs opened as standalone accounts. The APR on your home equity line of credit is variable based upon the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate plus a margin. The maximum APR that can apply is 18% or the maximum amount permitted by state law, whichever is less. The minimum credit line amount is $50,000 or the minimum amount permitted by state law, whichever is less. The maximum credit line is $1,000,000. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please contact your Schwab Bank representative for assistance regarding eligible loan types.

HELOC Fees: The estimated range of fees you may pay is from $0 ‐ $29.00 for every $1,000 of your line amount and will vary based on the location of the property. The amounts provided are estimates and are not a substitute for initial disclosures of closing costs that you will receive once you apply for a home equity line of credit with Rocket Mortgage. Proof of proper and adequate insurance may be required prior to closing. You are responsible for paying any state, county, or local taxes imposed on a home mortgage transaction.

13.For Annuities:A Guaranteed Lifetime Withdrawal Benefit (GLWB) is an optional living benefit rider available for an additional cost. It is not a contract value and is not available for withdrawal like a cash value. GLWB withdrawals are not annuity payouts. Annuity payouts generally receive a more favorable tax treatment than other withdrawals.

Annuities are long-term products designed for retirement. Withdrawals of taxable amounts are subject to ordinary income tax and, if taken prior to age 59½, an additional 10% federal tax may apply. An investment in a variable annuity involves investment risk, including possible loss of principal. The contract, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than the total amount invested. Retirement plans and accounts such as an IRA, 401(k), etc., are tax-deferred (and subject to required minimum distributions) regardless of whether or not they are funded with an annuity.

Variable annuities are sold by prospectus only. You can request a prospectus by calling 866-663-5241 (option 2). Before purchasing a variable annuity, you should carefully read the prospectus and consider the annuity's investment objectives and all risks, charges, and expenses associated with the annuity and its investment options.

This is not an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where the policies are not approved for sale. Any obligations under the policies are the exclusive obligations of the insurance companies and are subject to the financial conditions of the insurance companies.
