The company is running to pay interest to the banks and FIs, depreciation charge is not in companys hand its a charge against asset and is non cash in nature. The promoters need to infuse considerable amount of equity. Since inception the company has not made net profit. Retail and telecom venture of Aditya birla group has not only eroded its shareholders investment ot also has given lots of trouble to the group. If the management is not able to run the show simply put the business for sale. Dont make it an ego issue. From 2007 till date the organised retail has boomed and flourished except Aditya Birla Group. TRENT, RELIANCE RETAIL, DMART have made its investors wealthy. Its high time for the promoter and management to take some bold decisions.
