If you are not the original owner and you don't know who the original owner was, you are permanently locked out of the iPad. Apple won't help and we can't help.
If however, you are the original owner, and you have the original purchase receipt proving you are, take it and the iPad to your Apple store for assistance.

Nope. A box and the device are not proof of purchase. The original purchase receipt is proof of purchase. Without it, you're stuck and won't get help from Apple.
I keep my iPad and iPhone boxes. If I sell one of them, the purchaser will get the original box if they buy it. That does not prove in any way they are the original owner, because they are NOT the original owner. The only way to prove original ownership is to provide Apple the original purchase receipt.
Since your uncle purchased the iPad, have you asked him for a copy of the receipt? He's your only real hope of getting assistance in this scenario.

The fact that you can't remove the activation lock without the correct Apple ID is the whole point of having it. Your iPad is working as intended.
Where did you get this iPad? Are you the original owner?

If your uncle bought the iPad from an Apple Store directly and you have proof of purchase, Apple can remove the activation lock for you. Use the Contact Support link at the top right of every page of these forums to contact them.

I'm not doubting you, but then since no one here works for Apple, proving anything to us won't help you. Whether your Unclie is in AUS or another country doesn't really matter. Apple won't help you without proof of purchase. Ask your uncle for the original purchase receipt and then ask Apple for help. Otherwise, you'll be locked out of the iPad and we have no way of helping you with that as Activation Lock can ONLY be bypassed with the Apple ID the device is locked to.

Thx you helped me a lot..I thank you a lot..
but one more question left please:
Is the "bypass" the only way to remove the activation lock????
because if yes will try it,whatever it costs!!
And thanks.

There is NO COST you can pay to get Activation Lock removed. There is NO SERVICE you can go to. Companies who claim they can remove Activation Lock for a fee simply CAN'T do it. The FBI, one of the most technologically advanced agencies in the world COULD NOT bypass Activation Lock. The ONLY entity who can remove Activation Lock is you, with the right ID and Password or Apple, if you can show original proof of purchase. If you don't know the ID or you can't get your uncle to provide original proof of purchase you own a useless brick that you can't pay anyone to fix.
