How to fix an account suspended? ›

To get your web host to unsuspend your account, you have to address the issue that caused the suspension. Then you email them with a request to review the suspension reasons. Make sure that your review request is precise, relevant, and describes the steps you have taken to address the suspension.

From the “Why can't you access your account?” drop-down menu, select Account suspended. Select Submit to send your request. After you submit the form, you will receive an email from ID.me Support with next steps for your account review.

Once you are notified of an account closure or suspension, you need to contact your bank immediately and verify as much personal and payment information as possible. This should help to speed up the investigation process and encourage a positive outcome.

Deletion of an account is the complete removal from our system. The request must be in writing and come from within your account. You will need to log into the account and send us an email requesting the deletion using the Help & Support tab. Deletion requests may take up to 24 hours to complete.
