Future In Sight is working on behalf of the Governor’s Commission on Disability to offer the NH Telecommunications Equipment Assistance Program (NH-TEAP) to residents of NH with vision loss, hearing loss, and challenges to speech and mobility. This program helps these individuals acquire an accessible landline OR mobile phone plus provides training on how to access emergency services.

Phones are available at up to a 50% discount to individuals who qualify for the program based on the disabilities mentioned above. In some cases, the cost of the phone may be fully covered. See more details on this below.

What are the income eligibility standards for the full financial assistance?
Some program participants qualify for no-cost equipment. Others share in the cost of the equipment. Please refer to the chart to the right for the full financial assistance eligibility.
