In to our next shifting method: the Pillow Method!
This method requires a script, so make sure you have that! It's a very simple method for shifting, and you can use this method with another one! I find that the Raven Method with the Pillow Method has gotten me the closest to shifting, and the Estelle method when I want to switch it up.

All you need to do is meditate first, and go over your script.
Once you have done that, place your script under your pillow and get in a position that you can fall asleep in without moving.

This method is super simple and doesn't require a lot of focusing, you basically just fall asleep saying affirmations.
