If going to school is an area of interest, Starbucks has a college program partnered with Arizona State University that could give part and full-time employees a 4-year free ride.

All eligible part-time or full-time workers at Chipotle can get health insurance for themselves and their life partner. Dental and vision are covered for part-time employees and varying medical plans for individuals. 401k and matching after the first working year are available as well as tuition reimbursem*nt for those that don’t want to work in fast food for a lifetime.

Part-timers are eligible for medical, dental and vision at a small fee of $75/month and paid time off with more tenure. Trader Joe’s retirement match is at 10% of annual salary and annual salary increases based on tenure. There is also a 10% discount on Trader Joe products for in-store employees.
8. Lowes
The big box named stores like Lowes has reputable standards when it comes to employee benefits. Lowes offers all part-time employees working more than 30 days after the first month to enroll in their full-time benefits package.
The benefits package includes part-time medical, pharmacy discount card, dental, vision, home & auto insurance, disability, critical illness, life insurance, accident insurance, vacation, holiday, 401(k) plan and a stock purchase plan.
On top of that, part-time employees have the opportunity to transition to full-time employment. Do not fret if you have no building or industry experience because Lowes provides learning and career development as well we job training for the position.
Meanwhile, industry competitor, Home Depot only offer vision, dental, disability, and life insurance for part-time constituents.
9. Costco
