How do I make a Valentine Card?

40+ Handmade Valentine Cards for Kids to Make:
We are dore handmade valentine cards. Over the years this collection of ideas has grown significantly! I confess, there are so many to chose from, that they are hard to get into some sort of order.. but we have ordered them regardless.. with some of my favourites going first!
For the majority of these cards, you simply need to stock up on some blank cards (white cardstock is great for many of these), grab some colored paper, scissors and a little glue and off you go! Then add messages or puns in marker pen!
Heart Bouquet Cards– love how these open into a heart shape! Such a sweet little card for Mom on Valentines or for birthdays.
Adorable moveable BFF Conversation Hearts – these would make fantastic Valentines Cards for Kids – grab your free printable, some card and pipe cleaners and off you go! This would be a great friendship card for girlfriends!
Super fun and adorable Heart Snowflakes – see how they fold up into great DIY Cards. A fun way to work with just a pair of scissors and red paper!
3D & Pop Up Valentine’s Day Cards for Kids

Paper Quilled Valentine’s Card – a great introduction to Quilling for kids – all you need is paper, a knitting needle and a little glue and off you go.
If you enjoyed the paper quilled hearts above, we have some paper quilled emoji cards that tweens may love! Same process as for the paper quilled heart, but you will need to add some paper facial embellishments such as lips and a heart to blow.
