It’s easy to make cupcakes without eggs or dairy products. If you’re new to vegan baking, you might want to check out my guide to baking substitutions. It’s very possible to make cupcakes and other baked goods that are so decadent and delicious, no one will ever guess that they’re allergy friendly!

Vegan Baking Tips

  • Don’t over-stir the batter. Sometimes if you stir cake batter for too long, it can get tough or thick, Stir until combined – that’s it!
  • Use parchment paper to line cake pans, and parchment paper cupcake liners for muffins or cupcakes. This will prevent sticking.
  • Allow baked goods to cool before trying to move them. You don’t want your freshly baked treats to fall apart.
