If the product regular price is $425 and the discounted price is $318.75. Divide the disc. price to orig. price EX. 318.75 / 425= 0.75, then multiply the 0.75 into 100 and 100 is the total % of an item Ex. 0.75x100= 75, now subtract the 100 to 75 . Ex. 100- 75= 25%. So the discount rate is = 25%.

For example, if your discount is 30 percent, your remaining price will be 70 percent of its original price.
