Baked Avocado Fries
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 3-4 tablespoons aquafaba (chickpea liquid)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 °F/200 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss breadcrumbs with salt and spices in a shallow bowl and place the aquafaba in another shallow bowl.
- Coat avocado slices individually in aquafaba and then in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place them next to each other on your prepared baking sheet without overlapping.
