Notes[]
In Marketing, 2:6:2 is a theoretical workforce percentage ratio of a standard business. 20% of its workforce consists of high profile and high performance employees such as CEOs or management, 60% is the main workforce who perform their jobs admirably and 20% of the workforce is likely to fail to meet expectations. It also refers to a theory that in a group, 20% of humans willact intelligently, 60% will be average and 20% will do something stupid or foolish as a general rule. The latter applies very well with the Internet and how its social communities online can behave.
In the episode, it refers to the growing divide among the citizens of Tachikawa over their feelings about the CROWDS and the divide on issues concerning the G-crew's teamwork and ideologies.
In the final minutes of the episode, Gelsadra transformed into an adult version of her human form. This alludes to the original Gel Sadora from Gatchaman II, as she was a child who was aged into her form by Galactor. Another allusion to this is that her "adult" form is voiced by a male voice actor and has masculine attributes.
This may be the only RTX 4070 Super GPU without a 16-pin connector, but it won't come cheap — Maxsun's RTX 4070 Super iCraft uses two regular 8-pin PCIe power connectors.
That's exactly why it's a 6+2 power connector. This offers the flexibility of 6 pins, or 8 pins depending on the power required by the graphics card. 6 pins for 75 watts + 75 watts from the PCIe x16 slot for 150 watts total power, OR 6+2 pins for 150 watts + 75 watts from the PCIe x16 slot for 225 watts total power.
You are totally fine: your RTX 3060 will be able to get all the power it needs with a 550-watt power supply. The 6+2-pin PCIe power cable is the same as an 8-pin PCIe power cable. You are good to go.
With Nvidia's 12-pin connector being essentially merged 2 8-pin connectors, this gives the board a total of 375W of power (150 + 150 from 2 8-pins, and 75 from PCIe slot).
There are three sources: The PCI Express slot of the motherboard can provide up to 75 watts to the graphics card. 6-pin power connector can provide up to 75 watts. 8-pin power connector can provide up to 150 watts.
What are the Differences Between 12V-2X6 and 12VHPWR? 12V-2×6 is almost identical to the 12VHPWR cable, with a few minor differences in the physical appearance of the connector. The sensing pins are 0.1mm shorter and the conducting terminals are 0.15mm longer.
The 6-pin 12V power connector is used to power PCI Express expansion cards that require more power than their expansion slots can provide, which is 75 watts.
PCIe from the PSU will always come from the 8 Pin PCie sockets, even if it terminates in a 6 pin on the side that goes into the GPU. But yes the cable is designed as 6+2 so you can branch off the extra 2 pins to make it just a 6 pin cable.
8-pin connectors have 4.2mm pitch and can deliver up to 150 watts, twice the amount that a 6-pin connector is capable of. If a 6-pin connector is plugged into an 8-pin slot, the GPU will attempt to draw more power than that cable is rated for, resulting in a fire hazard.
It'll work fine. He was asking if he can plug 2 6 pin modular cables into the new 12 pin connector. A 6+2 connector is just an 8 pin connector that can work as a 6 pin if needed. It'll work fine.
