Sasuke Uchiha has always been one of the most skilled ninjas in Naruto, and by the end of the series, his strength was on par with Otsutsuki's. Thanks to his mastery of the Sharingan, Sasuke can read his enemy's movements, and as the series progressed, he gained the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and the Rinnegan, which gave him access to abilities that allowed him to fight and beat some of Naruto's strongest characters.

Sasuke excels at Fire and Lightning Release, and he can burn anything with his Amaterasu.
