It always combines some idle elements where you have to click on things and get different colors. They may be easier to get than in other games, but it'll certainly take you some time.

Achievement Lurker is some kind of Western-inspired RPG with turn-based combat. It has 5,000 total achievements, and based on the overall graphics and aesthetic, was most likely developed with RPG Maker software.

While the game boasts a few base gameplay features, like NPCs, an XP leveling system, and boss fights, many Steam reviews point out that you can simply idle with the game open and the achievements will start rolling in. If the achievements aren't hard to achieve, do they matter at all?

With a name like 18+, the last thing you'd expect is some benign, moderately wholesome content. All you do in this 5,000 achievement game is navigate through multiple pictures of various animals asking you questions.

The game is remarkably bare bones, and if you're willing to pay a little bit of money for a little over a dozen animal pictures and relatively simple logic riddles, then there's nothing really stopping you. Also, the achievements themselves are quite boring; the only interesting part is they're all named 'Kiko' for some reason.

3 Drive-By Hero

Drive-By Hero is a retro arcade-inspired shooter with 5,394 total achievements. As the name implies, you're glued to the top of a vehicle driving through an urban environment, armed with a few different weapons to shoot zombies as you pass by.

With such a limited scope, and so many achievements, it makes you wonder if booting this game up would just lead to the bottom right corner of your screen being spammed with 'achievement unlocked' messages. Since there are a bunch of achievements that have the same unlock requirements, the answer is yes.

2 Run Away

Run Away is a bit of a mystery; it has 6,664 total achievements, but since it is unavailable for download and had its Steam page taken down, that's about all that can be said about it. There are, however, some inferences to make about it from the cover art.

Given the red, dripping title font, a dark background with a house surrounded by trees, and five characters drawn in an anime style, this game most likely falls into the horror and visual novel genres. Although 'NEW_ACHIEVEMENT_NAME_5_4' isn't a very encouraging sign for creative, original gameplay.
